A single mother has gone to TikTok to complain about the “annoying” things people say to her. As of now, she’s made three videos documenting the nasty things she encounters on a daily basis since giving birth to her daughter August in March.

“We didn’t invite you as though you’d be uncomfortable being the only one with a baby.”
“This annoys me so much,” one commenter commented.
“Hate people like this,” said another.
In the words of another, “Had only a few friends before babies.. now my friends are other moms (they’re much better friends!).”
Other mothers told Bee that they are “basically a single mom when my husband goes to work”.
“Solo and single are 2 different things people!” wrote one commenter on Bee’s video.
“It’s lone parenting… my husband was military so I parented alone but I wasn’t single,” another added.
“I had his wage and his emotional support… VERY DIFFERENT!!”
“Being a mom, with it being single parent, or married is hard regardless,” a third weighed in.
And the third rude thing Bee is regularly told is that she doesn’t “look like a single mom”.
“What are we supposed to look like? Is there a specific look?” she wondered in her video.
