It’s hard to find a bad word to say about waffles and it’s almost impossible to find someone who doesn’t like pizza. With the recent fad of “waffling” all kinds of foods, was it any wonder someone would create a way to combine these two perennial favorites? We’re not sure who invented it, but Pillsbury’s take involves their Flaky Layers biscuits, so there’s barely any prep work involved.

But we haven’t even gotten to the good part.

The filling options are endless, from healthy options to classics.
With a little more work, you can make them vegetarian (even vegan!) or gluten-free.
