Deep in the dense forest of the Amazon, one of the last un-contacted tribes lives peacefully without outsider contact. José Carlos Meirelles, who is an official for the National Indian Foundation, monitors the tribes from afar for signs of invaders. These tribes are in danger, and because so little is known about them, it is hard to prove their existence to the Brazilian government. In order to prove to the government that these people do exist, José has allowed a film crew from the BBC to travel with him and capture footage of the tribes people. José hopes that by proving the existence of these people, the government will help protect them.
The footage is unbelievable! I wasn’t even aware of these un-contacted tribes.
