You will need:
- 3 tablespoons of flour

- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- A drop of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of milk chocolate
Instructions:
- Grab a ceramic mug (about 250 ml).
- Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, butter, and vanilla extract in the mug and mix thoroughly.
- Grate the chocolate with a large hole grater and sprinkle it over the batter.
- Microwave for about 45 seconds (until it’s done).
- Let the cake cool down for 5 minutes.

2. Chocolate and banana cake
You will need:
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of seed oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- Vanilla sugar to taste
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mug.
- Add the milk, egg, and seed oil, and mix well.
- Cut the banana into small pieces and add to the batter.
- Microwave for 7 to 10 minutes at 800W.

You will need:
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg

- Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork. Add the sour cream and egg and mix thoroughly. Then add the semolina, baking soda, and salt and mix everything again.

You will need:
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 teaspoons of coconut sugar (you can use common sugar instead)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup of wheat or almond flour

Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a mug, then add the egg yolk and sugar. Mix everything until you get a smooth paste.
- Add the flour.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter.
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes.
- Before serving, let the cookie cool down a little bit.
5. Pear cake
You will need:
- 1 small pear (it should fit the mug you’re going to use)
- Seed oil
- 1/2 cup of berry mixture
- 1 small oatmeal cookie
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons of almond or wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of almond flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Coat the berries in 1 teaspoon of wheat or almond flour.
- Put them in the mug, then place the pear on top, pressing it into the berries. They should take up about 1/3 of it.
- Grease the pear with seed oil, then put the almond flakes and crumbled cookie on top.
- Sprinkle everything with the sugar and cinnamon.
- Microwave for 2 or 3 minutes at the highest temperature. The berries should give off moisture, and the pear should become soft.
6. Quick cheesecake
You will need:
- 50 g of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Place the batter in a mug greased with oil.
