Angry Customer Takes To Yelp, Then Restaurant Owner Responds In Epic Fashion

The beauty of using Yelp is that you can pretty much get all the information you need about a place before going there:  hours, what they offer, pricing…the list goes on. You can even see if other people liked it or not.  So there really shouldn’t be any surprises if you do your homework ahead of time.  Yet this customer decided to leave a scathing review after their experience.  But it didn’t quite end there.  The owner’s response is the winner.
