For experienced pilots, landing in adverse conditions is not too unusual and they have several ways to correct for strong winds. According to another pilot who watched this video, the pilot of this plane followed standard procedure and the “tipping” of the plane is largely correcting for cross winds. When the plane tips slightly to one side as it lands, it’s because the pilot has been trained to angle the wheel to have the windward-facing side land first.
